Ladies@WSP

Ladies@WSP play a very active role in the community, most notably providing the very high standard of weekly kiddushim.

These kiddushim would not be possible without the fantastic group of ladies who come in on Fridays and Shabbat mornings.Most Fridays the kitchen is a hive of activity with preparation for a Simcha.This also includes our wonderful flower arrangements.New helpers are always welcome and for those who help out on a Shabbat this will only commit you to helping once every 3 months,it's a great way of meeting other people and feeling part of a warm and friendly community.If you are celebrating a Simcha very soon for the first time maybe now would be a good idea to get to know what's involved in the Kiddush that you would like to have so please think about it and make that call!

Ladies @WSP experimented last year with a different look to the Kiddush,coloured cloths and the tiered presentation of the food.We had such good feedback that we are now proposing to buy some cloths to enable us to offer this type of presentation to those that would like it.A small extra charge will apply.

The committee meets informally every 2 months and we are always looking for fresh ideas.We recently held a very successful Indulgence Evening.A large number of ladies attended and thoroughly enjoyed their treatments.If you have any ideas or simply want to offer help please get in touch.Every lady is automatically a member of this group.
